Diagnostic Charge is $79.95 which includes up to one hour or service time.  If appliance can be fixed from stock on the truck only the parts will be added to the charge.  If a return trip is required, a quote will be provided by the technician.

 

What to expect

Scheduling is done in 4-hour blocks. A technician will call you when they are en-route to your house. If your appliance can be fixed from truck stock within one hour your will be charged the diagnostic charge plus parts.  In many cases it will be necessary to order parts.  A priced for the parts and labor will be provided via e-mail upon completion of diagnostics provided they can find pricing and availability for parts while on site.  Diagnostic charge will be due at that time.   Parts will need to be paid for in advance.  If you are not sure you want to move forward with the repair, the estimate in your e-mail will remain valid for 90 days.  In the event we can’t find the parts while on site, or parts are back ordered, we will have our parts research team reach out to you with a resolution as soon as we have one.   Parts are non-refundable.  There are occasions that we make exceptions to this on a case by case basis.
