We’ll be giving you tips and information about our industry as well as letting you know what’s going on over here at The Appliance Doctor. We feel that giving you as much information as we can is the key to making the appliance repair process easier for you. In today’s blog post, we’re going to talk a little bit about who we are and what we do.

We’ve automated as much of our process as possible so that it’s simple and easy for you, and we’re looking at automating even more to streamline our service. We also pride ourselves on the fact that we provide services many other companies won’t. Our experienced technicians offer high-quality workmanship at a fair price, and they’ll always clearly explain the problems you’re having. We want to be as open and honest as we can possibly be with our customers, which is another reason why we’ve started this blog. Our goal is to save you time and money, and our incredible staff and efficient process helps make sure that you save as much of both as possible.
We also enjoy learning new things here at The Appliance Doctor. Our highly skilled technicians are jacks-of-all-trades who love getting the chance to work on new appliances. Whether it’s helping you with refrigeration compressors or sub-zeros (which a lot of companies won’t even go near), we’re confident that our technicians will provide great service at a reasonable price. No matter what your appliance issues may be, our experienced technicians have seen a lot—and they’re always excited to learn more about the few things they haven’t encountered. While other companies may stick to a specific list of what they can and can’t handle, we’re more flexible at The Appliance Doctor. A Brief Overview of Our Services
It’s probably a better idea to ask what we won’t work on at The Appliance Doctor than what we will. And if you ask us what we won’t work on, our answer will be “Not much.” What this means is that just because you don’t see the appliances that you’re struggling to fix on our website doesn’t mean that we can’t help. We always encourage you to give us a call. At the very least, we can come out, take a look, and let you know whether we can handle it. There’s very little that our licensed technicians can’t work on. Most of the time, they’ve seen it before. And working with us means that you’ll get a fair and honest explanation of the problems you’re facing. Our technicians are fully trained and equipped to handle and explain any problem you can throw at them.
Still, there are some more common services that we provide at The Appliance Doctor. We handle repairs for household appliances like refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, ovens, and washers and dryers. Whether your washing machine has a faulty door or your dishwasher has a leak, we can help. We want to keep you from buying new appliances when the ones you already have can be fixed at a much lower cost. We’re committed to preventing you from spending thousands of dollars on new appliances that aren’t necessary. In addition to these common household items, we also offer factory-authorized warranty repair services. We work through companies like Samsung and LG to take care of any warranty repairs you might need. But that’s not the full list of companies we can do warranty repairs for; if you’re interested in seeing the whole list, be sure to ask us.
Some New Services and Our New Blog
We’re also excited to mention some new services that we can now provide at The Appliance Doctor. We’ve added heating and A/C to the list of appliances that we can work on. As we mentioned before, there’s few things that we won’t at least try to work on. Still, we’re excited to be able to help with more appliances that people often run into problems with. Especially with how cold it can get in Grand Junction during the winter, you want to make sure that your heating is working properly. We can help you make sure that everything is running smoothly, and we can take care of any problems that you might have. And if you own a restaurant, we’re also happy to offer appliance repairs for restaurant equipment. Whatever your needs may be, we’re always willing to take a look.
